Regarding a certain part of a fellow's anatomy... how does one decide which side to wear it on?

That depends on physiology and comfort. Some will naturally go one way or the other. Others, like me, choose a position for comfort. Want to know how I wear it? I tuck it down the middle. Don't understand what I mean? You'll have to hire me.   LOL
